PE “Roads of Serbia“ is ready and organized for the summer season and increased traffic intensity on the Serbian motorways.
Toll station operability has been intensified, all lanes for tolling and issuance of cards are operational 24 hours a day. The number of toll booth operators has been increased to enable uninterrupted traffic flow due to intensified traffic flow on the Republic of Serbia motorways.
The quickest passage through toll stations is enabled by the electronic toll collection (ETC), which significantly reduces travel time and enables passage without stopping and a cheaper method of toll payment at the same time.
Traffic participants are informed of possible congestions at toll stations, road closures, weather conditions and other helpful information in real time, using VMS gantries on the motorways and the mobile app “Roads of Serbia”.
