The PE “Roads of Serbia” is informing the public that since the beginning of June until July 15, 2021, 8,728,676 vehicles have accessed the motorways.
The first 15 days of July records 3,150,333 vehicles on Serbian roads, which is by 38,31% more than in 2020.
Increased traffic flow in course of the previous weekend, July 9 - 11, 2021, didn’t condition stoppages at any of 65 toll stations in the Republic of Serbia, thanks to organization of work adjusted to the summer season and increased traffic intensity.
Number of vehicles that have passed through the front toll stations showed increase compared to the same period in the last year, while some of the toll stations have recorded higher flow when compared to the same weekend in 2019.
Examples of vehicles circulation through the most frequent toll stations for the weekend, July 9 - 11, 2021, are the following:
- Belgrade – 169.286 vehicles
- Stara Pazova – 113.066 vehicles
- Šimanovci – 78.981 vehicles
- Obrenovac – 64.243 vehicles
- Subotica – 49.125 vehicles
- Preljina – 47.033 vehicles
- Preševo– 33.493 vehicles
- Dimitrovgrad – 27.332 vehicles
Use the Electronic Toll Collection, since it enables the fastest passing through toll stations without stoppages, it significantly reduces travel time and is cheaper way of toll payment.
