USER SERVICE CENTER FOR TOLL HIGHWAY USERS

We are informing you that the PE “Roads of Serbia” User Service Center is now open.

All toll highway users and interested traffic participants are enabled to perform the following operations in the User Service Center according to the established procedures:

  • Submit requests for issuing and obtaining “city pass”
  • Submit requests for natural persons and legal entities for issuing and obtaining permits, or toll-free highway tickets for highways in the Republic of Serbia
  • Purchase or recharge TAG devices for electronic toll collection.

Our team will provide you with all necessary information and answer all questions.

The User Service Center can provide you with the information on toll prices, vehicle categorization, traffic situation on the highways in the Republic of Serbia (traffic regime modifications, road closures, rockfalls, landslides, etc.), weather forecast.

Cases regarding subsequent toll collection are also processed in the User Service Center and information on financial obligations can be obtained as well and possible complaints can be lodged regarding the received “Reminders” and “Bill Reminders”.

Highway users with TAG devices can obtain the listing of vehicle passages through toll stations.

For the purpose of improving the work of the employees at the PE “Roads of Serbia”, our operators are open for all proposals, remarks and possible questions of highway users.

Information for users about issuing invoices for VAT refund

All participants in traffic entitled to VAT refund based on the Law on Value Added Tax (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 84/04, 86/04-corrected, 61/05, 61/07 and 93/12-u) are informed about the following:

Users who want to receive the invoice for paid toll should download the request for issuing invoice about the paid toll in .xlsx format, which is available on the official website of the PE ”Roads of Serbia” and fill it in according to the given INSTRUCTIONS. The request should be accompanied by scanned receipts and submitted to the following e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Requests are submitted in the current month for the previous month and if the user is not able to submit the abovementioned request with attachments within the given time period, they can be submitted subsequently as well.

It is also required to submit the printed copy of the filled-in request and photocopies of receipts by mail to the following address JP „PUTEVI SRBIJE“, Sektor za naplatu putarine, Ljube Čupe 5, Beograd.
