Works on the construction of the Northern Ring Road around Kragujevac are in progress.
The expressway, 22 kilometers long, is designed for speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour, will have five interchanges and 25 buildings, bridges, overpasses and underpasses.
For the first time in the Republic of Serbia, during the construction of underpasses, steel structures are used, the main benefits of which are speed and simplicity of construction as well as durability.
The project is of great importance for the city of Kragujevac, because it will solve most of the infrastructure problems, reduce traffic congestion and lead to the progress of the economy.
