Meeting of the representatives of two representative Trade unions of PE "Roads of Serbia" - Trade union organizations of the Independent Trade Union and the Workers' Trade Union with acting director Zoran Drobnjak, was held on March 12, 2025, in the premises of PE "Putevi Srbije", Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 282.
The topics of the meeting were questions related to the financial situation of the employees of PE "Roads of Serbia", which are directly related to the adoption of the Business Program of the Company, which foresees an increase in wages by 8% and the payment of solidarity aid for employees with secondary education.
The increase in salary calculation coefficient for all employees who were exempted in the previous salary increase, which was covered by the signing of the last Collective Agreement, a possible increase in holiday pay and hot meals by 50%, as well as the possibility of returning compensation to employees for commuting in the territory of the City of Belgrade, were also topics that were discussed.
During the talks, the possibility of paying for shift and night work for operators in the Sector for Traffic Management Information System and increasing the annual leave by 2 days based on working conditions was discussed, in order to equalize with other employees who have the same working conditions.
During the meeting of representatives of the representative Trade Unions of the Company with Acting Director Zoran Drobnjak all current problems related to the position of employees in PE "Roads of Serbia" were discussed.
